
Delivery
We aim to deliver your wine within seven working days. Typically, if you order on Monday; your order should be with you on the Thursday or Friday.
If there is going to be a delay for any reason we will contact you.
Deliveries are normally made between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
Delivery Cost
Delivery is charged at £4.95 per order, to each separate address.
Where we deliver
Due to a few restrictions with our carriers,
we are regrettably unable to deliver to the following postcodes and
areas:
IM - Isle Of Man, IV - Inverness,
PA – Inverness, KW - Orkney
Isles, HS - Isle Of Lewis, ZE – Shetland. Isles of Scilly and
The Channel Islands.
Payment
All prices are quoted in sterling and include VAT. Our VAT number is 302 9635 70.
Payment Method
Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard,
Maestro (Switch) Debit Card, Visa Electron UK Debit Card and Solo
Debit Card.
Unfortunately we cannot accept American Express.

Q: What if the wine I have ordered is not in stock?
A: If your wine
is not available we will contact you
by phone to offer you an alternative.
Q: When I order wine in cases, do they arrive in wooden boxes?
A: No, they do not. We use a wooden case
in the shopping basket for display purposes
as a visual aid. We supply our wine in
cardboard cases, not wooden cases.
Q: What if I’m out when you deliver my
order?
A: Your order will require a signature on receipt. If you should be away at the
time of delivery – don’t worry - the carrier will leave
a card with their contact details. Please call them as soon as you are able to
arrange a new delivery date and time.
